What You Can Expect
  • Acknowledgement: Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt.

  • Investigation: We will carry out a full and impartial investigation.

  • Outcome: A written response detailing the outcome will be provided within 15 working days.

If You Remain Dissatisfied

Should you remain unhappy after receiving our final response, you may refer the matter to the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) within 12 months for an independent review.
